The majority of our orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 10-14 business days after receipt of your order. Expedited deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii take longer to arrive.

Pre-orders

Lulu Belle Kids offers pre-orders on merchandise scheduled to arrive at a later date. Pre-ordered items are “purchased” when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. The size and style is held for you, and unavailable for purchase by others, therefore pre-order purchases are non-refudable

Pre-ordered items may be returned for a store credit or exchanged within 14 days of the date the item is received by the customer, but no refunds will be given on pre-ordered items. Please understand that all in-stock estimate dates are calculations provided by our vendors and all pre-ordered items shipped within 30 days of the estimated date are considered on time .

Lulu Belle Kids Return Policy

Non-Sale items may be returned to Lulu Belle Kids for a refund within 7 days after customer receives the item. Non-sale items returned between 8 and 14 days of receipt may be exchanged or returned for a store credit. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. Sale merchandise is not refundable but may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt. We request customers call (407) 331-3400 or email Lulu Belle returns@lulubellekids.com to notify us of a return request. Original shipping fees are not refundable and buyer is responsible for returning the item via an insured, trackable carrier. Returned items must be unworn and have all tags attached. If an exchange is needed, Lulu Belle Kids will cover the cost of shipping for 1 exchange via standard ground or priority mail, any additional exchanges will require a $6.00 shipping fee.

Please note the return policy for our E-commerce site differs from the return policy at our brick-and-mortar store. The Lulu Belle Kids return policy applies only to purchases made via our E-commerce site.
